Default Yorkies are picky eaters!!

At first I thought my Tinkerbell was a little stinker, but after reading through this forum it seems many yorkies are picky eaters. I have tried three different brands of foods in the 4 weeks she has been home with me and I get the same response every time. She likes it great for the first 2-3 feedings and then by the end of the week she won't touch it. Sometimes I can get her to eat if I spoon feed her, but lately even that isn't working.

Currenty she is eating Nature Variety Instinct, but she won't eat much of it even mixed with the wet food. I tried the raw medallions and she liked them for a short while, but now won't eat them.

Should I just expect to rotate her food every 2 weeks? She weighed 2.6 lbs at 12 weeks and is now at 3 lbs at 16 weeks. My vet suggessted that I should simply remove her food after 20 minutes and that should work to get her hungry and eating better. This doesn't seem to work with Tink so last night I resorted to giving her some cooked chicken breast on top of her dry and she did eat a little better. I guess I just want to be sure that her behavior is normal. She is in perfect health according to my vet and not skinny or fat.

Thanks.
