Jackson is not a night owl. I think it's all dependent on exercise, too. If he didn't get his daily walks, fetch, trick training, etc, he would probably be up a lot earlier. A dog that is under exercised is not gonna want to sleep as much as a tired dog would, of course. When he was a pup, he woke up every morning around 5-6am but by 6 months, he stopped that.

Jackson typically will sleep starting around 9pm, but I'm up 'til around 11 every night. (or he will chew his bully stick). So around 11, I let him out again for the last time and usually he sleeps 'til 9am the next morning with me. This morning, I had to get up at 7:30 and he was sooo slow moving, hah!
