My baby Dora was vomiting all night and pooping until it was just water coming out, her vomit was very foamy and kinda red. She is better today, eating and drinking water, her stool still soft and she is only eating dry food. I just move to a new state and we do not have a vet yet, my grandmother believe that she was probably playing with a frog and got sick, she has 2 dogs and they have done that before. Do that sounds right?
