I have no person experience with them - I just think they are one of the cutest breeds out there. |

How much maintenance do they require? I mean coats, are they always kept long? |
Yes, their minds need to be kept super BUSY or they
will get destructive and find other ways to occupy their mind. They're literally like having a Border Collie. The smarter the dog, the more you have to do with them pretty much, LOL. I belong to another forum where a few people have them and they get 2+ hours of exercise per day in order to be chill around the house. Maybe I'm weird, but I like the driven dogs like that though. It definitely appeals to me, since I'm capable of giving a dog loads of exercise.
Their coats are low maintenance, pretty much. It's not like a Yorkie who needs to go to the groomers so often. I think you just need to brush out a few times a week. They do shed and are considered average-medium shedders, which is something I'd have to get used to!
