This man's first mistake was making the comment, "You know, you're not too big for me to put over my knee and spank." Then, he should have not put is hands on her. Once the scuffle started, I am sure the girl felt threatened or even affraid.

This teacher is also charged with sexual assault because of the spanking. If he's found guilty, he could never teach children nor be around them without legal consequences. Some kids are really out of control these days, but I bet he wishes he had handled this differently.
