I'm not in law school yet... going in a year or so, but I do know one thing... a proper contract needs to have both parties and a witness spot... this only has you... it looks like you're just signing away your rights. There is no place that outlines who the breeder or seller is... and that's bad.
If you do have problems after year one, you are supposed to go after the breeder... but you don't know who that is...
It is NOT a contract I would want my name on....
Plus it just looks sketchy too.
