Hmmm... I would say Jackson was 99% potty trained by 6 months old, and is now 99.9% potty trained, LOL. He will still have an occasional poop accident and it's typically when it rains, I would say once every 2 months, I find a poop surprise.

I don't really have the exact amount of times he goes out in a day... he's outside ALOT so no specifics, I don't totally keep track of his potties, esp. when we are at my dads for a few days with their fenced in yard. At our regular house, I guess leashed potty breaks are around 4x a day. Morning, afternoon (1-ish), dinner time (5-6ish) and the bedtime.

He usually sleeps overnight with me from around 11pm-9am so that's 10 hours and he is still not in a big hurry to get outside, I usually potty myself and brush my teeth first and then we go outside. He is almost 2 years old.
