Both Ziggy and Zoey are on Revolution for fleas. But Zoey (4yr old yorkie) has always had dry skin and Ziggy (5 mo old yorkie/maltese) is not starting to develop dry skin as well.

I was going to suggest an allergen free feed, but it looks like you already have that covered.
Unless he has allergies, it is probably something that is irritating him. I'd have it checked if I were you.
