Man he's cute! My 1st question is what are you feeding? Some foods are known to make the furbutts itchy so perhaps it's that. If it's just the one area try either Aloe Vera (just the straight stuff) also you can use either hydrocortisone or triple anti biotic cream. I would call the vet & see if they can help you with a few solutions over the phone. They can at least clear up of the Parvo meds can cause hair loss.
