Thank you, Patti, for starting this thread and thank you all for your prayers. I am home and feeling as if I've been in a train wreck, but I know it will quickly pass. I am so glad this much is now behind me and I don't ever have to experience another gall bladder attack! My doctor says about a week and I should be feeling great! I can't wait! I already have noticed that when I eat, I don't get the horrid burning and aching in my stomach that I've had for so long. I used to get that just drinking water! Everything else may hurt right now, but not my stomach!
Maddie, Libby and Faith are such a comfort. I keep a pillow on my stomach, just in case one of them decides to jump on me. None of them have and they seem to know to be careful. They just snuggle up with me and what a great feeling that is.
