It may have been because of the toy, sometimes when Poppy plays with her plush toys she hacks usually just the once and I think maybe she got some fluff from the toy in her throut or something because she never does it will her balls or anything.
Just keep an eye on him but I dont think its anything serious if he isnt doing it all the time.
