Uh Oh! It says on the site that dogs must be 4 months and have a liscense. Muffin wont be 4 months till the 25th of December. I dont think I have a liscense either. The vet never mentioned anything. I do have a rabies tag, is this it? If not I will get one. but what do I do about him being 3 months?
