Wow! I can't believe I forgot to post these pictures... oops!
This was from 4th of July weekend. It was Jackson's 1st real vacation w/ staying in a hotel room, etc (we did an RV trip once, and a few overnight visits to families homes, but that's it). He did really well, I was very proud.
He really enjoyed walking around Gettysburg and got a ton of attention with his little American flag bandana!
He also did fabulous in the hotel that night. I had to leave him alone for about 2 1/2 hrs when we went to dinner and was a little concerned since he was by himself and never had stayed in a hotel before but when we left... I heard no barking (I stood in the hall for a few mins) or whining or anything! Yay!
The next day we went to Harpers Ferry, WV. Beautiful
On the Shenandoah River! His favorite part was definitely the water. In WV, we had to stay in a crappy motel and it was very noisy all night... so he decided to bark every hour at any loud noise outside
that was fun (not!), and something I wasn't prepared for it since he has never done it before!
