She gave great critiques and added humor to the show. I appreciated her constructive criticism, and was impressed with her knowledge of music. Randy doesn't seem to give much instruction on how they could do better; "Wow, dawg, it just didn't do it for me," doesn't seem that helpful.
Can't imagine the show without Simon.
