The numbers sound steep, but wouldn't the debarking surgery also cost an arm and a leg? (I'm assuming here and the OP can correct me on that) For me, it would be worth while to put the money of a debarking surgery into a good deposit at a new place, a house, that allows pets. |
Houses don't rent that much here around $1000 a month, but I understand what you are saying, but you can't get people to pay that here. I hope the OP finds her a house but I was just stating why its hard to find a rental property, once some doesn't care and lets their pets do whatever, the rest pay for it. After taxes, insurance & cleaning, painting, carpet, etc for new renters, you don't make much on rentals anymore.
