Wouldn't you just have "wet poop" sitting at the bottom, I kind of prefer dry poop, less smelly. You'd also need some type of water hook-up, and of course training for the dog, I can't imagine Joey using it, and there are so many moving parts that could break. I imagine you'd have to throughly clean it occationally, unless you could train your dog to do that too.
