It could be the eggs or the rice in the canned.. I would try to make his diet as bland as possible and then work ingredients back in to see how he responds.
In the mean time, I would suggest adding cocotherapy coconut oil (or chips) it does wonders for allergies. Just check out their facebook page or website.
