Mines about the same age and I would say is about 70% trained. She makes on average 1-3 mistakes (out of the 10 times she goes) per day. It depends on routine. Usually we have more issues with #2.

I take her btwn 6-7 ( depending on what time I have to work) twice and she makes both. Her dad takes her when he wakes up at about 9-9:30. Once up for the day she will either take her self again to the potty pads before Dad takes her to Grandmas around 1030 or she will slip up. I take her btwn 1-2 after work and then as needed at night before bed.

If we mess up the routine she will make a mistake. The funny thing is she walks her self to her potty spot most times and then others will just go where ever.

I'm hoping to hear more words of encouragement on the potty training front. I think that under a year, it's understandable for them to make oopsies.
