I wish I could have watched the program and learn about Petland and such pet shops which sell puppies.
In England our pet shops dont sell dogs or cats only fish, reptiles and small animals e.g. rabbits
But that dosnt mean that puppy mills dont exist here because they do
Hopefully I will be able to catch a replay of it somewhere, its not a nice thing to watch but these programs need to be out there to educate people
