I don't have my puppy yet but everything I've read about switching their food says to do the slow transition. 75/25. 50/50. 25/75. So on and so forth.
Good luck finding Tulip something she likes! (I have this problem with my Maine Coon, fussiest ball of fluff you ever did see.)
