....like water? I know every dog is different, but I'm wondering if it's common of the breed. Yoni seems to really hate the water. We force him into the water, poor thing, in order to cool him off. We never make him stay in long, just long enough to get wet. He seems to be content afterward, it's just being in the water that frightens him. He's only 16 weeks old, so this is still all new to him. I'm hoping by next summer he will enjoy swimming. My mom's friend's yorkie loves the water. He stands on the boogie board in their pool and when her daughter goes down the slide, he jumps off of it and swims over to get her. It's sooo cute. I have to admit, I will be disappointed if Yoni doesn't like water, but don't worry, I will love him nonetheless
