The lady I bought my first yorkie from lived in Missouri. Before I even knew it was the puppymill state I had bought the dog for 500$ from her when it was a year old.
The lady had bought my Stormy for 200 or 300$ with APRI reg. papers. I had TONS and tons of health problems with her and she passed away just after turning two.
