  Haven't heard of that particular food, but you are right to look for something other than science diet.  What ever you choose, just go slowly during the switch.  If you want to go to a completely dry diet, you can start by just reducing the amount of canned in each feeding. She won't be missing anything as long as you have her on a high quality dry.
 I won't venture a guess on the vitamins- I'll let one of the breeders handle that.
 
 As for ear tapping, it's completely up to you.  I tried to tape Rhett's ears, but he was a genius at getting out of it faster than I could tape them.  I gave up and let his ears stay at half mast.
 
 I haven't bought any clothes yet for Scarlett, but I found some really good deals (under 9.00) at Wal Mart on things for Rhett.
