What an exciting time for you! Please whatever you do, DO NOT BUY A PUPPY ONLINE. Please look for a local breeder. Don't be in a rush to get one. I believe I posted a link for you to the YTCA, Yorkshire Terrier Club of America, they have breeder contact information there. Remember that you buy your breeder first, and a puppy second. You want to find someone that will be there for you for the next 15 years.
Stay away from anyone who would sell a Teeny, Teacup, Micro Minnie, or whatever. Small yorkies are fragile little beings and no reputable breeder would sell one. A good breeder would place a smaller yorkie in a qualified home for free because they are special needs.
