Yes there could some born premature. You need to be ready for this. Make sure you get goat's milk, bottle, and go on here to get instructions how to make the milk and how to take care of them if they have problems. They may be able to nurse on thier own, or maybe not. I had a litter born premature and they were not able to suck. I ended up having to tube feed them, but I do not recommend you tubing unless you know how to do it, since if not done right you can rupture a lung. Luckily I have never done this. I was a vet tech years ago and was trained by my vet/boss.
You should never just let them breed a lot. It should be controlled and not done often. I breed once and skip a day and breed again. That is all I do. This way my time is pretty much focussed and lower your chances of premeeies.
