As in every mother club the purpose of each club, what it stands for, it's ethics/conduct, the standard are guidelines for every member to follow.....
As parti breeders have already publically ignored the standard, constitution, by laws, and the guidlines of the mother club , is it any wonder why the mother club won't sit down to talk to them.
Breeding for color and wanting the standard to be changed for that reason. What's next? Changing the standard for other faults?
