She's never been to the vet? Then she didn't have her tail docked or her dewclaws removed? I would be very upset with this person for not taking proper care of her puppies. The least she could do is have a vet check & shots!
Oh, my vet said it didn't matter if we didn't have any dogs at our home. We were advised to not let our puppy outside until shots were done....I would err on the side of caution here if i were you & keep your new baby inside until she gets her shots.
