Maybe bought from a friend, but if she bred the dog she is a breeder.
8 weeks is too young to have sold her. You shouldn't be taking her outside until she has had her shots, you are putting her at risk. You need to get her to a vet ASAP for a health check and her initial shots. Your friend should not have let her go without shots.
