Smile General Newbie Advice Needed

TIA everyone! Just thought I'd run by you all how we're doing so far and what we're doing to see if anyone has any suggestions/tips.

Piper is almost 9 weeks old, female. She was/is on Science Diet, however I am slowly switching her to Flint River Ranch. I can't stand all the fillers and garbage in regular foods, so I found something that is 100% REAL and all natural. Anyone ever used their food before?

She takes wet food in the AM and dry in the PM. I'd prefer her to just be on a strict dry diet. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get her there? I didn't give her any wet this AM (I was rushing out of the house) and she did fine with the dry. Will she be missing out on any nutrients or anything?

I give her liquid vitamins everyday. It's not the one kind mentioned on the board here, but another one I picked up at PetCo that had almost exactly the same ingredients.

She got her first heartworm chew and Frontline 2 days ago. I'm fine with the Heartguard, but I'd prefer an all natural flea/tick treatment. I've seen some online at natural pet food stores, any advice on that?

We live in an upstairs apartment, so it's difficult to potty train. Thankfully, she gets to come with me to work everyday so I can better stay on top of it there. Lately it's been monsooning which is making things impossible. When she does go out, she comes in with muddy paws and I have to wipe her with sensitive skin baby wipes. Kinda irritating.

I have received some advice on taping her ears so they stand. What are everyones viewpoints on that? We won't be breeding her or anything so she's just our little housepet. Does it make a difference or is it a preference? I think she adorbs with her ears down, but am not opposed to ears up either.

When I've had large breed dogs in the past, we did the PetSmart puppy class and I loved it. It taught us so much and the dogs did so well. With her being so small, I know it will be tougher. I enjoy the idea because it's something my husband and I can do together with her and get OUT of the house. Any feelings on that?

I am addicted to buying her cute bows and dresses. I've found some great steals on eBay and even someone to custom make me dresses for her. I know some people find it ridiculous but anyone have suggestions for eBay sellers or general websites with good deals?

THANK YOU!
