Just a dog!!! How dare he! a Yorkie is not "just a dog" a Yorkie is special. A wonderful, loving, member of the family.

I found Beamer's breeder on the internet - but she wasn't selling puppies. I found her when I was looking for a particular line. I called her to see if she had any puppies or would have some when she was coming to Florida later that year. She said she had Beamer, who was almost a year old. We had several phone conversations before we came to an agreement.
When we made the final arrangements I transferred the money into her bank account. She called me when he was on the way, and I had to call her as soon as I picked him up so she knew I had him.
I wouldn't hesitate to call her again if I want another Yorkie ( well, I always want another Yorkie.....).
My friend bought a shi-tzu on the internet - at least her daughter did. She told me how she got two shi-tzu's for a total of $600 including shipping. She said the lady only bred Shi_tzu's. I checked online and the breeder had three different breeds she bred - Shi-Tzu, Maltese and I can't remember the other one - I think Dachsies.
