 Puppy escrow??? Pay pal???
As you can probably tell, I am new to all of this. I just started out a few weeks ago looking for a puppy - and I am totally overwhelmed by the amount of good and bad information there is out there on this poor breed! I believe I have narrowed my search down to a 12 week old female, and the site seems to be good. Since it is my first "internet purchase", I am fearful of all the scams that I read about!!
I tried to research puppy escrow - but really couldnt find too much on it. Has any one out there used it?? And what about Pay Pal? How does that work?? Does it protect the buyer in case of scammers?? Please help!!! |
