I would take your vets advice. But I wouldnt neuter him until he gets alot bigger. I always hate the thought of putting any Yorkie under, especially the tinys. It can be so dangerous for a tiny. I would make sure your vet is very knowledgable in toy breeds also. My vet does surgery on birds and is very good with toys also. Its doubtful if his testicles will drop, especially since you cant even find the sacks, so the surgery is going to be more complicated and harder on the puppy. Best of luck!
