Sometimes just cleaning the ears can make them pink, at least I've noticed this on my dogs. As long as she's acting normal, not scratching her ears, eating, drinking and playing, and no odor coming from her ears, probably nothing wrong. If you still have concerns, your vet should include checking her ears as a part of her exam. Mention any concerns your have at that time. Good luck with her vet visit! Let us know how she does!
