I am guessing your state allows you to have that many. But what if they only allowed 2 is there a work around? I have a scottie and my Celine but I so want another furbaby with Celine. Our back yard is all the way fenced. I had it re built just this summer so there would be no escape holes. I am with them when they are out. Celine is being litter trained as well. What if you were caught with an extra. Anyone know? I have plenty of room I just don't have a place to put a kennell outside away from the neighbors.
