Time to invest in a warm jacket - I know mine get cold and I'm in TEXAS - but you can get little tiny coats for him and maybe a t-shirt under them for extra warmth and then you won't have to worry about him being chilled - plus they get used to clothes - I know my girls LOVE wearing clothes -
