I was hoping someone might have posted by now. I've thought of this, trying to figure out why. One idea do you have her clothed alot, and do most of the clothing end near to that spot and or cover it?
Some ideas: Add a whole lot of extra conditioner on this spot. Is it possible to check to see if in this one wee part there is some undercoat? If so remove the undercoat.
