I saw that one too a long time ago but I remember how horrified and heartbroken I was when I saw it
I think it is sooo sick of people to treat animals that way but even sicker is the length of time the process takes to do something to protect them and to shut such people down. Animals are precious creatures and feel hunger, pain, and sadness just as humans do....The laws need to change!!!
