we just got back from the vet,good news is that gatsby has no buildup of plaque or tarter on his teeth.
this was so amazing because he had retained baby teeth until he was over a year, but with nightly brushing and 3x weekly liquid oral care in the water it removed all the plaque and tarter so now at 1yr 7mo his teeth are perfectly clean he will get another evaluation in dec but the vet told me if i keep doing what im doing we will be good for a while.
if i brush his teeth nightly(which he enjoys now) can i go his whole life without him ever needing a dental?
is thear anyone hear who prefers to brush there teeth as opposed to getting a regular cleaning?
im so worried about it because the last time he was sedated his heart stopped and i almost lost him i just don't think i could bear it if i lost him. especially if 5 min a night could prevent the whole thing.
