Obviously someone at AKC is wrong, there was a parti color option when I registered online. I must have triple checked that I clicked on the Parti-Color selection before I hit the submit button, and when I saw "Markings: Parti-Color" listed in black and white on my receipt (I highlighted it in red in my post), I knew it wasn't a dream.
