Just heard from him again after I requested more info and told him that I knew someone who infact did register a parti online. This is what he said...
"It was a coincidence. When we manually process a registration with a non-standard color, we have to turn on the master list of color options. The person who registered online yesterday did so at the same time that we were also processing a parti-yorkie registration (or the agent forgot to turn it off at the end of our processing)."
So there you have it. Sue was at the right place at the right time so to speak.
The rest of us have to continue sending in our applications with 2 pics.
