We had a real tree growing up and I loved it and hope to one day go back to it, but all the fun of the real tree was going to get it. We knew this family that owned a christmas tree farm (they sold it last year) and they would let us have free reign and go over there whole place and look for the perfect tree and then we'd cut it ourselves. We all would go and we'd take all the dogs and it was just a great tradition. My hubby and I got a fake soon after we got married because we were living in an apartment and didn't have room for a great big tree so we got a little fake one. And now with Logan still being a pup and the cat it's probably better too that it's not real.
Oh yeah and those other things mine are real and they're spectacular lol.
