I agree. The puppy should be evaluated at the breeder's expense. If you buy the puppy, have your vet check him, and find a serious problem, then you may be stuck with an unhealthy puppy. If the breeder doesn't want to look into it any further, I would find another breeder. Good luck. I hope the little guy is okay.
