I would def. require a vet check before purchasing that puppy. You could be in for a lot of heartache and out a lot of $$$ if this puppy requires surgery or who knows what.
Poor little thing. It is the breeders responsibility to get that put to a vet, not just make assumptions what is wrong with it.
