I give my boys kibble at 7 am, 12 noon, and 5 pm. They get a teaspoon of yogurt at about 9 am and 3 pm. Then they have a few kibble with training before bed at about 10-11 pm.
You don't necessarily have to give food this often. A little bit before bedtime is key.
