Her liver enzymes were within normal limits but clinically she presented like pancreatitis so they are treating her as such. Unless other symptoms appear. With pancreatitis, usually you see lipase and amylase elevated, but not always. These babies are prone to pancreatitis, so table scraps are not a good way to go, especially if high fat. My dog Barney got pancreatitis a couple of months ago from eating canned dog food, so you just never know what sets them off.
