There is a litter for sale of puppies and ofcourse the cutest lil one seems to have something wrong with his back leg. The breeder says that this particular pup would always lay out flat on the belly with his hind legs back when nursing and they believe that is what caused the weak leg. This seems so weird to me obviously. The puppy is 12 weeks old and AKC registered. I am thinking that I still want to buy this puppy cause I know I can make sure he is in good hands.
Does anyone have any thoughts on the possible problem with the puppies leg? It seems to sometimes slip out when walking like its not quite strong enough to hold the weight.. yet doesnt seem to be in pain? Do you think taking to vet and getting x rays could determine the problem and help the leg back to normal working or should I try and go with another puppy?
