Lucy is a horrible walker too. I honestly do not know how to train heel without a choker collar and I know I can't use one on her. I'm sorry to say that this is how my Westie learned; per our training classes. He now wears a harness - but walks like a dream while Lucy is dancing back and forth; pulling and tugging.
Surely someone knows a way to train a yorkie without the use of a collar.
Hopefully, they will come forward!
