Though not a primary symptom, throwing up can be a sign of eclampsia. I've had Moms throw up in the first few days but not two weeks after delivery. At this stage, the pups are draining the Mom more than as newborns, so is something to watch for. Here's a link with some info. You can check to see if any other symptoms apply to your girl. If so, this needs to be attended to ASAP as it is very dangerous.
