We have the 22 inch kennel for each dog- Bandit's 4.5 pounds and Nala's 5.6 pounds. Nala was great in her crate as a puppy so as we were moving the divider to make it bigger for her and we got to full size and it seemed kind of big, we just put a bed in it, and it took up enough space so it wasn't TOO big.
