OOPS! I goofed when I typed up my thread. Don't know why I put heartworm in the title. Panacur is a dewormer from what I understand, used to treat hookworms, roundworms, whipworms. Penny's stool came back negative for anything, but the vet gave me the Panacur to give to her over a 3 day period anyway. It was for prevention purposes?

I called her breeder and he didn't know why she would need it, being her stool negative. He's supposed to call me Monday after he talks to his vet. I'm glad I called him! I was so worried about giving this to her with the side effects (vomiting, diahrrea) it has, if she didn't need it.
